Customer service was amazing! Food especially the fries was fingerling good. Honestly I was not going to write a review but I saw a couple of negative reviews which were complete lies. Loved the food, love the people, love the location and love the interior! If you don't try this, you are missing out!

I got myself a Bombay chilli Frankie. Although the taste was good but it was not how a Frankie should taste like. I’ve lived in Mumbai for a long time and unfortunately this isn’t the authentic way of preparing it. Please change the name to just a chicken chilli wrap. The wrap had a good amount of filling in it though. The fries were delicious and so were the shakes. I recommend the mango lychee shake, so refreshing! Service was good, great ambience and friendly staff 🙂

Presentation is definitely wow. Service was great as well. But shakes just contain a lot of Ice cream and artificial syrups. No fresh stuff at all.

Just got food here for the first time and omg I don't care about how expensive it is cause this place slaps so hard. I got the tuxedo cheesecake and the classic strawberry milkshake and honest to God the cheesecake has to be the best I've had. And the milkshake was fantastic and it's cool I get to keep the jar it comes in. 10/10 will recommend

Partner and I decided to stop by on our way home for the first time - fantastic choice! The super freak shakes are expensive but worth it as a treat. Definitely planning on coming back here for celebrations!

Construction guy here. I just grabbed takeout and it's excellent. Fusion cuisine, I would say. I went with a Chicken wrap (Monday special) which is decidedly South Asian and the fries were perfectly cooked and drizzled with a curry aoli and herbs. My new lunch spot when I'm in Cityscape or Cornerstone.

Yesterday I went there to pickup an order for a customer and there was a cheese cake in the order. While making the order, one of the employees (Indian guy with beard and wearing a black cap) opened the box of the cake and smelled it taking very close to his nose, which is very unprofessional and not hygienic.

From my experience the food here was a bit of a let down. We got the Chow Mein burger, Loaded Mac with chicken, and the Lotus Biscoff cheesecake freakshake. I would not recommend the Chow Mein burger as the bun was extremely soggy and it was very messy to eat. This is the first time I have ever been given a soggy bun with a burger...it did not taste good. The loaded was Mac was actually very good and the Lotus freakshake tasted good too, however, the cheesecake on top was still a bit frozen. That was very disappointing. Compared to other similar joints, in my opinion this one fell short.

It's winter and it was cold. I was hoping the heater's much more better. But over all, the food were all so good♥️! So, love it! Definitely, we'll comebackk????

Been here first time after the social media hype. Asked for recommendation on cheesecake based on chocolate, receptionist said fudge brownie cheesecake. It was just cold fudge brownie, no trace of cheesecake. When I brought this issue with him, he said it only has cheesecake in name, not actual cheesecake????????♂️ any other place, they would refund or replace...this guy didn't give two hoots!!Wouldn't go or recommend to anyone...Atmosphere: Has just one counter for order and pickup, frequent clash with other customers while in line...Highly disappointing experience

Finally a place which has a vibe that makes your experience more amazing . Tried burgers and shakes , class apart .. right flavours , fresh and good quantity .The interiors are beautifully done , have not seen cafe like this , adding to the interiors is the vibe of the place and cherry on the cake is their food and shakes .Must go place ????

This place was exceptionally slow, we waited over an hour and we got one milkshake. Very overpriced for a mediocre shake, and the smell of body odour makes it very difficult to sit in there and wait. Definitely lost my appetite by the time the milkshake came out.

Out of everything we tried, the Delhi style cold coffee, cheesy noodles, soya chaap tacos, mix veg burger and the butter paneer baos were amazing!! Can’t wait to try more! Our server was also very nice!

It was my niece's birthday and she wanted to have burgers and fries. We are vegetarian so burgers are no common option for us.We enjoyed ourselves too much at this place. We even enjoyed the various options of Shakes. Ramneek suggested some amazing options in burgers. They were very generous to give our bday gal cake to cut.Shakes are absolutely to the mark sweet.Spiciness in the burgers was upto the mark.Overall 5 stars to this place.Keep up the Consistency l!!Just 1 suggestions, if you could provide small size in Shakes it would be an amazing addition.

I am vietnamese and wasn't sure if I would like to try east Indian food, but holy shake! This place is so good! The holy shake drink is a killer for their spicy food! This is my new favorite place to dine out now!

The brand says it all. The ambiance is amazing and the variety of flavours you can choose from is beyond imagination. However, the shakes are overpriced and not all flavours taste good.If the prices are not reviewed again, then probably after few weeks down the road of their opening, the craze for the brand will vanish in the thin air.Other than that, the customer service is great.
