Good effort overall on the taste but I feel they need to check on the amount of sauce toppings or pack them separately. The rolls were soggy and dripping by the time you eat them. Also, the price point is on the.higher side considering the overall portion size. The basic roll for $11÷ taxes for 1 person lacks value for money.

The wait time here is sometimes a bit long however it’s always worth wait. The food is great. Love the roadside burger! Definitely recommend.

What an amazing experience at T.O.'s Kathi Roll Eatery. The food was great and the staff were so kind and helpful.I 100% recommend you try them out. So many different food items to choose from too, they will have you coming back for more and more.

Very friendly and polite staff. They know how to manage everything and to serve best. Their shakes and kathi rolls are the best served in Brampton. ✌🏻👌🏻

Great place for shakes and their kathi rolls are another level. Delicious food and great service. Staff is super friendly and service was very good. Must visit.

I went to get a shake and the shake was pretty good. However it takes like 15-20 minutes to get your shake after you order. So just give yourself plenty of time when you order. But I would recommend. You get a glass jar mug you can reuse which is cool too

Food is good but employees need to be replaced. Called a few times and no response (assuming they are busy no problem). Got there and there was one customer waiting outside. No customer inside the shop. Girl was standing there on her cellphone. Called twice while I’m at the shop to see and the girl at the front counter cuts the phone twice. Asked her why they are not picking up said they are busy. Then as I ordered told me there’s no wait times food will be ready in 10 minutes. Seems like a lazy employee who doesn’t want to pick up phone orders to me. Management should look into how their employees are working.

I came to this place with my friends. I wasn’t disappointed. I had Mac N Cheese and it was absolutely delicious and freshly cooked 🤤 It is definitely a unique place. I will definitely come back and keep trying their menu items! I am not sure why people complain of the wait times. Everybody is spending nearly half of their shopping time in line these days because of the COVID limitations. So keep that in mind when you go there.
