I pass by this location every single day and today decided to make it an adventure with the kids. We were so lost with all the options but Joi & the other guy were great!! Walking us through the board and giving great recommendations! My son gave 6 stars based on dine in customer service alone. I really believe this made the experience more enjoyable!
We chose the mango maradona which was absolutely delicious! Creamy and smooth vanilla with warm mango aftertaste. I had the very berry pop, it was a great refresher. We ordered the Naan tacos and the chicken and beef smash burgers. We left full and I would definitely recommend.

First time customer as never tried a Smashed Burger. Right when I walked into this place, we were welcomed I gathered by the manager, and I explained to him that this is my first time. I’ve never tried this before, and he took the time to go over what everything was all about the menu after if had any questions and was able to answer them. Food was fantastic. I would recommend this place 100%.

The presentation was really good and looked appealing. The taste was okay, but nothing exceptional. Overall, a decent experience, but the taste could be improved.

Extremely disappointing. Ordered ice cream for me and wife.
Their rasmalai tasted like powdery ice cream which was really terrible in taste. Also ordered the chocolate caramel brownie jar in which brownie was so powdery and it was like its been sitting there and dried up.
I told the girl at the front and the guy in kitchen that it tastes really bad and not fresh at all and they didn’t even try to accommodate and try to solve the issue.
They were so adamant that everything is fresh. There was just brownie stuffed in the bowl and ice cream was just minimal.
I wondered why this restaurant was empty completely on Friday evening and I got my answer.
No service, No taste, complete fail.
I have previously tried their location in brampton, and it is much better.
Seriously, have some courtesy for someone who is spending about $23 for two ice creams!
Their videos completely lie on their page. Look at the chocolate caramel brownie ice cream jar. It doesn’t even look appetizing.

The place has so much potential and the food is good, but the staff is terrible.
There were 2 staff and we only ordered one waffle, couldn’t believe how long it took to receive it.
Another group arrived and was also waiting.
The staff doesn’t acknowledge when customers arrive and are super slow in serving unfortunately.

Uninformed staff and LONG wait times. It took 40+ minutes to get our food and shakes. My partner asked if there was anything in the Flaky Wrap (like sauces or veggies) and he was told no. It DID come with sauce and onions. Luckily, he didn't have any allergies. Another couple was pacing the restaurant as they ordered 5 minutes after us. They didn't even give us our shakes while we waited. Also, I asked for the Holy Berriicious Crepes; They didn't have the equipment for the crepes. It was only after my boyfriend asked that they said they could substitute the crepes for waffles. The husband then asked for a manager because, after waiting 40 minutes, they wouldn't refund him and gave him a hard time making his order to go. They did the orders ONE BY ONE, item by item. Not order by order. When I finally got my waffles, they gave me dirty cutlery. I tried with plastic utensils until my boyfirend got my FRESHLY WASHED ones. Not impressed. Food is ok, but not worth the wait and service. My boyfriend spent $50 to treat me, only to be disappointed and embarrassed.

Worth the wait! These shakes delivered on decadence and deliciousness - so glad we swung by here to cash in a promise I made for ice cream a long time ago. The Reese shake was thick and loaded with flavour - and my daughter’s crazy Oreo waffle shake was almost too much to finish. Will definitely be back - looking forward to trying some Indian fusion next time!

Excellent place for delicious shakes and food. We tried the mango shake, mango cheesecake shake, Bischoff shake and cookies n cream. Everything was so good. Special mention to the fries - one of the best fries that I recently tried. Highly recommend this place if anyone wants to try a wide variety of shakes and desserts!

Good spot for some halal fast food dining and shakes. Got the special with the kathi rolls, fries, and vanilla and mango lyche shakes. Overall good. The kathi rolls weren't great but weren't bad. The shakes were good especially the mango lychee and the fries were good. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and can dine out inside.

We had visited another Holy Shakes location few years back, and visited this one in Harwood mall for the first time and had a good experience.
There are only about 4 tables for in dining, so it will be difficult to find a seat if the place is busy.
We tried the Chicken Bao which is unique and very much recommended, a Dubai Chocolate and Caramel Praline Holy Shakes. They are ice cream based shakes and tasted very good, the presentation is also well done. The shakes are a bit pricey but worth the amount and taste, they don’t feel any artificial taste.
The staff are friendly and courteous. And the restaurant is kept clean and well maintained.

Visited Holy Shakes today and had such a great experience! The shake I ordered was Dubai chocolate and Ras-malai rich, creamy, and full of flavor—just perfect. I also tried their loaded fries, and they were so fresh and absolutely mouth-watering. What impressed me even more was the service. I went just half an hour before closing, yet the cashier greeted us warmly and served with genuine care. They even prepared the fries fresh for us, which made the whole visit extra special. Definitely a place I’d recommend for both taste and service! 💯✨

We came in for something new and exciting and we were not disappointed. My children loved this place. My sons ordered the Mango Bubble tea and the Birthday Cake Bash. The desserts were wonderful and so much fun! Customer service was great and friendly. We loved the colours of this place. The food was excellent as well. Spicy meant spicy! This is a must visit for sure!

I visited Holy Shakes in Ajax tonight and had such a fantastic experience! The shakes here are absolutely on another level – rich, creamy, and truly premium in quality. The presentation was just as impressive as the taste – every shake looked like a work of art.
On top of that, the owner and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both top-notch products and such warm service.
If you’re looking for a spot to treat yourself to premium shakes in Ajax, I highly recommend Holy Shakes – you won’t be disappointed!

Shakes were delicious — rich, creative, and worth the visit if you love dessert-style drinks.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff at the counter assumed I was there for an Uber pickup instead of greeting me properly. It felt dismissive and unwelcoming.
Great food should come with respectful service — I hope the management addresses this.

What a marvelous experience! The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and attention to detail, including an extra touch to help my son feel special celebrating his sixth birthday with the birthday cake milkshake! I have no doubt where I will be taking my daughter for her birthday treat. What an incredible place. I can't thank the staff enough. They showed a lot of care and I'm grateful. My son says thank you!

The service was excellent and the people working at the time were very nice and helpful!
The sandwich wasn’t bad but lacked flavour. The fries on the other had had great flavour, but it was already cold when I got it. The chicken on the sandwich was also pretty much room temp like they sauced up whatever they’ve had sitting there. I think if things were hot and fresh it would have tasted way better

I got the smash box for 2 ..we chose one chicken crunch burger, chowmein grilled chicken burger. The deal includes 2 basic milkshakes we chose one basic chocolate milkshake and one lotus Biscoff for extra $. The chowmein burger was too good..didn't feel oil in it. The shakes tasted amazing with no overdose of sugar..definitely one of the best milkshake spots in Ajax. Akshar was really good with his customer service ..

Ordered the classic beef burger and my children each got the fried chicken sandwich. (One child though wasn't a fan of the wrap) Toppings were fresh. Meals were decently priced. I liked the spices on the fries (were definitely different then what we've tasted before.)
The chocolate milkshake was on point. Very creamy and rich.

Very helpful and nice servers. The food is pretty good. We like the chicken burger more than the beef. Milkshakes are great. Fries are good for those who like spicy food. Price is excellent. We ordered the special. $19.99 for 2 burgers with fries and milkshakes. Can't beat that! I would highly recommend this place.

So, I live in Ajax and have seen this spot. Late summer, there was an event with music playing and people having a good old time. I've been anxious to try this place since then. My daughter decided to take me there for my birthday to get dessert. The young ladies behind the counter were amazing. I ordered an oreo shake that comes with a piece of cake, and my daughter got two scoops of ice cream to go. They packaged the cake nicely with whipped cream and caramel sauce. Then the young lady said if you like us give us a review and I told her I would. Got home now and started eating my dessert. Unfortunately, it was not good. The cake tasted freezer burnt. It had ice chips in it like it was slightly defrosted and refrozen̈. The oreo cookie tasted like it was in the freezer for a long time and picked up the flavor of the cardboard. I called Holy Shakes to voice my concern. The guy that answered the phone said he would voice his concern to the company. I told him I'm gonna bring the cake back the next day. The next day, I brought the cake back and wanted to get a piece of cake to replace that one. He told me he couldn't give me a new piece. That he let the company know and that they stopped serving that cake. So I asked him how he was gonna make it right for me. He said I could have cheesecake. I told him I didn't want cheesecake, and I would take a piece of chocolate cake. He told me he can't give me chocolate cake cause he needs it for his future orders. I wasn't asking for my money back, I just wanted a piece of cake, which was hopefully better than the one I received the evening before. After about 15 minutes, I decided this was getting nowhere. The customer service I received was unacceptable. He clearly saw that I didn't eat the cake because I brought it back. Replacing the slice would have been the right thing to do, but instead, he was worried about the dollar and his loss for 1 slice of cake that could have been written off. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place any chance I get. They will not get my business again. I only gave it two stars because the girls were great. Overall experience 3 out of 10

I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the young girl at the store. From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel welcomed right away. She was incredibly polite, maintaining a professional yet approachable demeanor throughout the entire interaction. What stood out the most was her efficiency — she handled my order quickly and accurately, ensuring everything was perfect without any delays. It was clear that she genuinely cared about providing the best experience possible.

Best milkshakes!!! This is not your everyday run of the mill milk shake. So don’t expect to pay everyday run of the mill prices. They are DELICIOUS. Best milkshakes I’ve ever had, hands down better than demetres. And less expensive

Tonight, I ordered two chicken burgers because I previously had a great experience with a delicious one. However, I wasn’t aware that there were two types: breaded chicken and chicken chunks. Unfortunately, I received the chicken chunks, which made my burger small and lacking in meat—I ended up with more bread than anything else.
When I called to ask about it, thinking my burger was missing patties, they explained the difference but didn’t offer any resolution to help the (hungry) customer.
1. The burger was disappointing—low on taste and meat, making for a poor dinner and expensive for the portion.
2. While the service was polite and tried to clarify the confusion, staff should be trained to better explain product differences upfront and offer solutions when a mix-up occurs.
