Had an amazing time at Holyshakes. It was our first visit and we were impressed. Lots of dessert options along with Savory food. Will definitely come back!

Shakes were delicious — rich, creative, and worth the visit if you love dessert-style drinks.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff at the counter assumed I was there for an Uber pickup instead of greeting me properly. It felt dismissive and unwelcoming.
Great food should come with respectful service — I hope the management addresses this.

Absolutely the most spectacular shakes we've ever tried - the selection is ridiculous and the flavours are to die for! Service is wonderful, too (Eshelle was especially lovely). We'll be back.

What a marvelous experience! The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and attention to detail, including an extra touch to help my son feel special celebrating his sixth birthday with the birthday cake milkshake! I have no doubt where I will be taking my daughter for her birthday treat. What an incredible place. I can't thank the staff enough. They showed a lot of care and I'm grateful. My son says thank you!

The sandwich wasn’t bad but lacked flavour. The fries on the other had had great flavour, but it was already cold when I got it. The chicken on the sandwich was also pretty much room temp like they sauced up whatever they’ve had sitting there. I think if things were hot and fresh it would have tasted way better

Came down from Peterborough area to try this place and it was well worth the drive. We had the chicken burgers with their seasoned fries and a shake and everything tasted incredible. The dinning area was clean, and staff were very nice and welcoming. Will definitely be returning in the future 🙂

The butter chicken bao buns are amazing! So delicious. Great selection of milkshakes. Customer service is great. We got a loyalty card where you can collect stamps and earn points to get free food! It's great to have this in South Ajax!

I got the smash box for 2 ..we chose one chicken crunch burger, chowmein grilled chicken burger. The deal includes 2 basic milkshakes we chose one basic chocolate milkshake and one lotus Biscoff for extra $. The chowmein burger was too good..didn't feel oil in it. The shakes tasted amazing with no overdose of sugar..definitely one of the best milkshake spots in Ajax. Akshar was really good with his customer service ..

One of the best spots for Milkshakes & Burgers. Smashbox for 2 is worth the price! Their milkshakes are unique with right amount of sugar & flavour. Ambience is so pleasant & welcoming. Would also like to appreciate Akshar for his exceptional customer service skills!!

Ordered the classic beef burger and my children each got the fried chicken sandwich. (One child though wasn't a fan of the wrap) Toppings were fresh. Meals were decently priced. I liked the spices on the fries (were definitely different then what we've tasted before.)

Very helpful and nice servers. The food is pretty good. We like the chicken burger more than the beef. Milkshakes are great. Fries are good for those who like spicy food. Price is excellent. We ordered the special. $19.99 for 2 burgers with fries and milkshakes. Can't beat that! I would highly recommend this place.

So, I live in Ajax and have seen this spot. Late summer, there was an event with music playing and people having a good old time. I've been anxious to try this place since then. My daughter decided to take me there for my birthday to get dessert. The young ladies behind the counter were amazing. I ordered an oreo shake that comes with a piece of cake, and my daughter got two scoops of ice cream to go. They packaged the cake nicely with whipped cream and caramel sauce. Then the young lady said if you like us give us a review and I told her I would. Got home now and started eating my dessert. Unfortunately, it was not good. The cake tasted freezer burnt. It had ice chips in it like it was slightly defrosted and refrozen̈. The oreo cookie tasted like it was in the freezer for a long time and picked up the flavor of the cardboard. I called Holy Shakes to voice my concern. The guy that answered the phone said he would voice his concern to the company. I told him I'm gonna bring the cake back the next day. The next day, I brought the cake back and wanted to get a piece of cake to replace that one. He told me he couldn't give me a new piece. That he let the company know and that they stopped serving that cake. So I asked him how he was gonna make it right for me. He said I could have cheesecake. I told him I didn't want cheesecake, and I would take a piece of chocolate cake. He told me he can't give me chocolate cake cause he needs it for his future orders. I wasn't asking for my money back, I just wanted a piece of cake, which was hopefully better than the one I received the evening before. After about 15 minutes, I decided this was getting nowhere. The customer service I received was unacceptable. He clearly saw that I didn't eat the cake because I brought it back. Replacing the slice would have been the right thing to do, but instead, he was worried about the dollar and his loss for 1 slice of cake that could have been written off. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place any chance I get. They will not get my business again. I only gave it two stars because the girls were great. Overall experience 3 out of 10

I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the young girl at the store. From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel welcomed right away. She was incredibly polite, maintaining a professional yet approachable demeanor throughout the entire interaction. What stood out the most was her efficiency — she handled my order quickly and accurately, ensuring everything was perfect without any delays. Best milkshakes!!! This is not your everyday run of the mill milk shake. So don’t expect to pay everyday run of the mill prices. They are DELICIOUS. Best milkshakes I’ve ever had, hands down better than demetres. And less expensive

Had the combo special. Chicken burgers were well cooked, crispy a good size and the perfect amount of heat. Fries were tasty, with unique seasoning. Milk shake was the mini size, but more than enough.

Tonight, I ordered two chicken burgers because I previously had a great experience with a delicious one. However, I wasn’t aware that there were two types: breaded chicken and chicken chunks. Unfortunately, I received the chicken chunks, which made my burger small and lacking in meat—I ended up with more bread than anything else.
When I called to ask about it, thinking my burger was missing patties, they explained the difference but didn’t offer any resolution to help the (hungry) customer.
1. The burger was disappointing—low on taste and meat, making for a poor dinner and expensive for the portion.
2. While the service was polite and tried to clarify the confusion, staff should be trained to better explain product differences upfront and offer solutions when a mix-up occurs.

Today I visited this new place in ajax and I had a lot fun with my kid and husband. Food is amazing and the customer service is right on point. This really good spot to enjoy with your family. Visiting again for sure.

The service is definitely good. Food was amazing specially the Freakshakes!! And burgers. Wouldn’t recommend the loaded Mac though, and for milkshake, rabdi flavour was ok.
