Holy Shakes is officially one of our absolute favorite spots for vegetarian food in Calgary! If you are a paneer fan, you have to try the Paneer Riot Burger, it is packed with flavor and perfectly made. We also ordered the Bang Bang Cauliflower Bao Buns, which were incredible, and finished with the Very Berry Croffle for a perfect sweet treat. Even the side fries were perfectly crispy and the dips were bursting with flavor. Everything we had was just amazing. 10/10 recommend!

Visited Holy Shakes recently and tried one of their loaded milkshakes, chocolate truffle. It was rich, creamy, and definitely a treat if you have a sweet tooth. The presentation was impressive with plenty of chocolate and toppings, making it both fun and indulgent.
Also got a simple ice cream cone, which was fresh and perfect for the kids.
Overall, a great spot in Calgary for desserts and sweet cravings.

Excellent food the butter poutine is to die for, my niece tried the cookie dough milkshake which was deliciouse too. The only thing I can say is if you go late at night some of the cheesecake will be missing so it is hard to get the super freakk milkshake.

It was my first time coming here and I was excited to try their menu. We ordered the Dubai Milkshake, the Ferrero, and fries with added mac and cheese. The drinks were good, but the mac and cheese on the fries was disappointing. We expected it to be cheesy and saucy, but there was no cheese taste at all. it felt like we were just eating boiled macaroni.

One small suggestion: in the combo, it would be great if customers could choose at least one basic drink flavour. Many people avoid vanilla, and having to pay an extra $2–$3 just to switch to a simple flavour like strawberry feels a bit limiting. Adding one free flavour option would make the combo perfect.

First time at Holy Shakes and won’t be the last. I had the Mac & Cheese bowl with chicken and butter chicken sauce; delicious! I also ordered a KitKat milkshake and it was wonderful. The shake not only tasted great, it had a great presentation. Even with how delicious everything was, I’m not sure everything was worth $28. Service was great. They asked for my name for pick up but they delivered my order to my table. I will be back to try another shake for sure.

Great food and excellent prices. We got the 2 for $20 deal and found it was a good amount of food. Shakes are delicious, with so many options. The sandwiches were flavourful. Try the masala fries, they were very good. Would definitely visit here again. Wait for food was about 15 minutes. Seating was okay. I'll be back for sure!

Burgers were very bad, you cannot really feel the meat flavor just spiciness.
1 star only, because a few hours after eating there, I had a huge stomach pain 😰. I don’t believe they use fresh ingredients.

I had such an absolutely wonderful experience at Holy Shakes! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt vibrant, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The food was out of this world – the fried momos were perfectly crispy on the outside, bursting with flavor on the inside, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. The mango lychee shake was refreshingly light yet indulgent, and the oreo shake was so rich, creamy, and decadent that it felt like a dessert dream come true.

Ordered the butter chicken poutine, chicken naan, and the strawberry Dubai cup. Overall, good. I recommend for dessert. Not sure if ill be back for food though. We actually wanted the fish tacos but they said they are changing the oil so it would take at least 25 minutes to make so that is why we picked chicken. First of all, changing oil at 12 pm when it is prime lunch time, I am not sure was the best idea. I know usually restaurants change oil close to closing or when it is supposed to be less busy, so that was a bit weird. The service was slow. I know there were about 4 people who ordered ahead of us, but I thought holy shakes was supposed to be more like a fast food place? It took about 15 minutes to get our food. The food was overall yummy, but it had so much sauce. For those who likes saucy stuff, then they would like it. Usually, I do too but it was a tad too much. My friend and I were dripping everywhere. The butter chicken was had a kick of spiciness. So my friend was trying to get some water, but the cashier at the front was usually at the back, and not frequently checking the front. So we couldn't get water til we were almost done our meal. We ordered the dessert and that was the biggest highlight.i wanted to have that all by myself. The cost I think was reasonable for the amount and quality. I would come back just for dessert.

Shakes are good size and flavourful. I ordered chilli momos thinking they will be Hakka style as shower in the picture as well but it was just fried momos (not crispy enough) sautéed in hot sauce with green onions on top. I would recommend ordering shakes but not the food.

Me and my husband loved this place. First time trying it. They have a lot of selection. We loved the supreme fries , banana Carmel milkshake and butter chicken Bao buns. Would definitely come again to try something new if in the area. The prices can be justified knowing that you can share with the portions they give you.

First of all you guys need 2 tills to serve your customers it took ages to order or to pick up the order.
Secondly it was my second visit to you guys and both times the experience was worst. Your cakes are not fresh at all. Cakes taste so dry and looks like are kept in fridge from months and your taste worst. Not visiting to you guys anymore.

Wow - if you are looking for perhaps the largest milkshake menu in Calgary, then this is the place for you. Several unique flavours, including red velvet cake! Big space with plenty of seating and easy parking.

We ordered three road-side burgers to try. Their hot honey crunch is a 5/5. Great taste, crunchy, savoury and sweet. The chowmein grilled chicken is 5/5. Loved the spicy, unique flavour in it. The waffle fried chicken sandwich was the least that I liked because of the overcooked waffle,3/5.We also ordered the Waffle up! Lotus Biscoff. The waffle was hard and overcooked to the point that the plastic knife even broke as we were cutting the first quarter of it. The cashier offered to replace the product. This time, the waffle has crispy outer texture and a soft interior which is much better than the previous one.

Honestly the food is actually pretty good here.
The negative part is that the flavour and portions are not very consistent.
The biggest problem here is very poor communication skills, I went and placed an order in person and asked the cashier working what it included in the combo I ordered, he confirmed and it sounded exactly what I wanted. However, then when I got home and open it up it’s missing the second side and the flavour again, was not consistent with what I always order.
I did call to provide my feedback and mentioned that I confirmed my order with the cashier. She insisted that I got what I paid for. I stressed that regardless what I paid for that I asked for my order to be confirmed and it wasn’t what I asked for even after being told while placing my order it is. Even if it would have cost a bit more order accuracy is the most important part to customer satisfaction.
I would highly recommend if you order here to ask a lot of questions of what’s included otherwise you may be in for a surprise and very poor conflict resolution.

The food was amazing! As a vegetarian I tried many burgers with were not that good! This vegetarian burger was really flavourful with lots of veggies! The fries were perfectly seasoned and were the best fries I had ever had!:) Plus the fries had chipotle sauce which is my favourite! I never knew there was a Cheesecake Factory in the diner!:) So I got an Oreo cheesecake which was really good!:) If you’re trying to find a diner to just go and eat,I recommend holy shakes!:)

This place is amazing. They have the best milkshakes & a ton of options to choose from; very unique flavours & not too sweet. The balance of flavours is spot on. You can tell they use premium quality ingredients because the shakes taste incredible. Plus, they’re beautifully presented - definitely instagram worthy including their vibrant, fun atmosphere.
Also, their grilled chicken burger is a game changer with a side of masala fries.

One of my favourite place to order food. They are very busy over the weekend but their shakes are worth the wait. I placed an order online but one of the item was missing when delivered. Tried Masala fries, rice bowl, naan tacos, milk shakes and cheesecake. The chunky funky brownie milkshake was the best of all. Reeses milkshake was ok. Overall it was a little expensive, but good ambience. I'll definitely come back just for the milkshake.

Food tastes amazing! This was our first time trying south Asian fusion flavours and it did not disappoint. We had the classic chicken burger, butter chicken burger, and masala fries. We didn’t get to try their shakes but look forward to it next time. Staff were super friendly as well, came to chat with us a few times.

The service was very quick, we ordered oreo wonderfilled milkshake with cake on top, and it was very very scrumptious. The fries with a little chili seasoning was cooked to perfection, I was riveted by how amazing the fries were. The fried dumplings and peri peri wings were good, would've preferred the sauce on the side, however overall it was very satisfying. I am very pleased with my visit and would come back again, would recommend for you guys to come and try this wonderful establishment.

I ordered a peri peri mixed veggie patty burger but got a totally different item. When asked the girl at the counter she replied by saying that their ONLY MENU on the wall needs to be updated. Well you should have informed me earlier when i was ordering. No doubt the food is good but lack of professionalism is not worth it. Please update your menu if thats the case before someone else put a bad review.

Went to Calgary for the first time, saw this place while grabbing some other supplies. Their food and service is just astronomical!
Being from Manhattan NY, where there are is a big competition and a thousands of options for food, shakes and drinks. It’s hard to find that taste somewhere else. But Holy Shakes definitely satisfied my cravings and I will definitely make a stop here again before leaving Calgary.

While the food was average, we were shocked to find out we had to pay extra to play table soccer ($5 for 10 minutes), even after ordering meals. This hidden charge left us feeling taken advantage of. Disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer care, we won't be returning. Be wary of unexpected fees for what should be complimentary amenities.

Great food! Went In for the smash box for 2 burgers and ended up getting the butter and tiki roti wraps for 2! Delicious meal! And fries and chocolate milk shakes were amazing too! Great staff -Kamal!

had the loaded mac n cheese with nashville sauce. it was very different to say the least. not my favourite but also not close to the worst thing i’ve eaten. service was alright, wasn’t very busy when i ordered but still took almost 25 minutes to get a tiny portion of mac n cheese

The food wasn’t bad but it was not what we were expecting. We ordered through Uber and the food came with a very strong masala (Indian curry) smell that stayed in our house the whole night. We tried airing our house to get rid of the smell. We just wanted a regular chicken burger snd fries but the fries also came with some sauce on it. We were disappointed and didn’t eat much of the fries and the burger. The flavor wasn’t bad and, it was just not what we were expecting.

My partner and I were craving a sweet treat, and came across Holy Shakes on Uber. The reviews looked promising, the food looked delicious, and when I say it did not disappoint, it did NOT disappoint.
We both ordered the Lotus-Biscoff-Cheesecake Freakshake, and OH MY GOODNESS… the presentation and taste (especially for ordering off a food delivery service app) was perfection. We will definitely be ordering from Holy Shakes again! I HIGHLY recommend trying them out.

All types of shakes are made with the right combination and amount I highly recommend this shop for who love chocolate and other flavours of their choice. Staff members are also friendly and have an excellent selection of different kinds of desserts. Must try this place

Delicious food and great daily deals, especially the Friday Fusion Wrap and Fries for $9.99. If they’re busy it can sometimes be a longer wait for food, particularly on weekends - but the quality and taste makes it worth the wait.

The food was really tasty and the customer service was great. We ordered a tandoori chicken burger, naan tacos, chocolate milkshake and a chocolate cake. Everything was fresh. The naan was fleshly made and the burger bun tasted fresh too.

I have been here twice. Their milkshakes are obviously good but the burgers are super tasty as well. Everything is halal and they have many prions to choose from. Would definitely come again when they have deals going on!

I cant eat anything spicy so they made me a burger without the tandoori mayo. Omg the masala fries where amazing... I ate a few then paid the prize but the chocolate shake helped with that. Great food and service.

When we walked in there was 3 employees and no other customers, they were talking amongst themselves and it took a while for us to order. When we finally did the cashier tried to charge me $20 more then the sign posted (4 pieces of cheesecake for 25), I told her so she did bring the price down to the regular. But the day after we ate the cheesecakes we both spent the entire day vomiting, I would not recommend getting anything from here.

The shakes at Holy Shakes are absolutely divine! The flavors are rich, the toppings are delightful, and the presentation is heavenly. My personal favorite is Nutella lovers. I got myself a Bombay chilli Frankie. Although the taste was good but it was not how a Frankie should taste like. I’ve lived in Mumbai for a long time and unfortunately this isn’t the authentic way of preparing it. Please change the name to just a chicken chilli wrap. The wrap had a good amount of filling in it though. The fries were delicious and so were the shakes. I recommend the mango lychee shake, so refreshing! Service was good, great ambience and friendly staff 🙂

Just got food here for the first time and omg I don't care about how expensive it is cause this place slaps so hard. I got the tuxedo cheesecake and the classic strawberry milkshake and honest to God the cheesecake has to be the best I've had. And the milkshake was fantastic and it's cool I get to keep the jar it comes in. 10/10 will recommend

Construction guy here. I just grabbed takeout and it's excellent. Fusion cuisine, I would say. I went with a Chicken wrap (Monday special) which is decidedly South Asian and the fries were perfectly cooked and drizzled with a curry aoli and herbs. My new lunch spot when I'm in Cityscape or Cornerstone.

Yesterday I went there to pickup an order for a customer and there was a cheese cake in the order. While making the order, one of the employees (Indian guy with beard and wearing a black cap) opened the box of the cake and smelled it taking very close to his nose, which is very unprofessional and not hygienic.

From my experience the food here was a bit of a let down. We got the Chow Mein burger, Loaded Mac with chicken, and the Lotus Biscoff cheesecake freakshake. I would not recommend the Chow Mein burger as the bun was extremely soggy and it was very messy to eat. This is the first time I have ever been given a soggy bun with a burger...it did not taste good. The loaded was Mac was actually very good and the Lotus freakshake tasted good too, however, the cheesecake on top was still a bit frozen. That was very disappointing. Compared to other similar joints, in my opinion this one fell short.

Been here first time after the social media hype. Asked for recommendation on cheesecake based on chocolate, receptionist said fudge brownie cheesecake. It was just cold fudge brownie, no trace of cheesecake. When I brought this issue with him, he said it only has cheesecake in name, not actual cheesecake????????♂️ any other place, they would refund or replace...this guy didn't give two hoots!!

Finally a place which has a vibe that makes your experience more amazing . Tried burgers and shakes , class apart .. right flavours , fresh and good quantity .
The interiors are beautifully done , have not seen cafe like this , adding to the interiors is the vibe of the place and cherry on the cake is their food and shakes .

This place was exceptionally slow, we waited over an hour and we got one milkshake. Very overpriced for a mediocre shake, and the smell of body odour makes it very difficult to sit in there and wait. Definitely lost my appetite by the time the milkshake came out.

The brand says it all. The ambiance is amazing and the variety of flavours you can choose from is beyond imagination. However, the shakes are overpriced and not all flavours taste good.
If the prices are not reviewed again, then probably after few weeks down the road of their opening, the craze for the brand will vanish in the thin air.
Other than that, the customer service is great.
