I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a kathi roll and shake fries, and both were terrible. The moment we opened it there was a strange, unpleasant smell coming from it. The kathi roll seemed like it was made with old chicken that tasted stale and was barely cooked properly. It didn’t taste fresh at all, and honestly it made me question the hygiene and quality of ingredients they use.

The shake fries were just as bad. They were undercooked, soggy, and had a weird smell as well. Instead of being crispy and flavorful, they were bland and felt like they had been rushed or not prepared properly.

What made the experience even worse was the price. The food was surprisingly expensive for the poor quality that was served. Paying that much for food that smelled bad, tasted awful, and wasn’t even cooked properly is really frustrating.

Overall, this was a complete waste of money. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good food.

Witnessed server rinsing my pitas in tap water to either thaw or clean them - either way it was very off-putting. Cake in cooler had been in there for 4-5 days (server confirmed when I asked) and it was stale. When we complained, server suggested it was just because it was vanilla and was a "plain flavour" and maybe we weren't used to that. Vanilla and stale have nothing to do with each other. Also, our meals were finished at different times, by over 5 minutes. Also note that they were out of our first choice for milkshake (brownies). Just too many issues to make a return visit.

Food is usually fine. I don’t understand why you would have your restaurant on Uber eats accepting orders when you open at 2pm?

My ordered was confirmed, driver had reached. Driver called me to tell me the restaurant is closed. After 30mins, my order was canceled.

Please fix your timings everywhere.

We've been here a few times now. The food is amazing as always. I have always ordered vegetarian options. The paneer is soft. The burgers, fries, bao were all good.
For the Holy shakes part, the rasmalai and mango lychee are our all time favorites.
The front staff is always friendly at this location.

Not the best for dine-in. We would've preferred outside seating to indoors.

The kathi roll here is good with veg and non veg options, but there loaded fries is a must try, it will surely fulfill all your fast food cravings. The only thing I would say that they need to traine their staff better. I tried to order on phone they were not able to understand what I was saying hence I had to order in person.

I had high hopes for this place, but it was a complete letdown. I ordered the churros, expecting a warm, crispy, and delicious treat, but what I got were rock-hard, stale sticks that tasted like they’d been sitting out for days. The texture was so bad I could barely bite into them, and the flavor was just off—almost like old oil or cardboard.

I also tried the Kathi roll, hoping for something flavorful to redeem the meal, but it was equally pathetic. It was completely tasteless, with no seasoning or care put into it. The filling was bland, the wrap was soggy, and it felt like something thrown together without any thought. I’m so disappointed with the quality of the food here. Save your money and time—don’t bother coming to this place. There are far better options elsewhere.

Would have asked for my money back if I could. This cost $19 and didn't include a drink. The roll had 4 pieces of small, admittedly tasty and seasoned chicken but was by no means a meal. Additionally, I got the Bombay Franky and had to pay extra for egg... but an egg is like the primary ingredient in a Bombay Frankie, like a burger without cheese.

Tried chicken tikka kathi roll, chilli monos on cheesy noodles and fried chicken supreme here…. Didn’t like chicken tikka much but fries on side were delicious (very crispy and with spices and mayo on top). So enjoyed the fries a lot. Chicken was as if it was old in chicken tikka kathi roll. Fried chicken supreme was good. Cheesy noodles is total wasteage of money. The other thing we observed is that everything tastes pretty much the same. The only thing worth trying here are the fries

A little on the pricey side for what you get and it should be illegal to put this much red onion in something, but they have some really good tasting fries and sauces. The red onion is so overpowering though.

Ishita, Arsh, Aabha were all very friendly and kind when I came to eat. Service and food was so good that I had to come back the next day. Got the smash deal and it was so good, such amazing chicken roll, fries are absolutely delicious with the spicy mayo and shakes are the best dessert. 2 people can easily enjoy this deal for 20 dollars. Must try this spot ! Really worth it.

Sweet little spot for Kathi rolls. I had their chicken tikka roll which comes along with fries. I wish they had other option for sides like a salad but kathi roll was pretty good! They have various options for burgers, momos, and noodles.

The food is incredible!!! Great spices, not too spicy but great flavour. We ordered a Butter Chicken Kathi roll, and a Chicken Tikka Kathi roll. We both LOVED the Butter chicken most. With a side of their fries, with their amazing sauce. And they are so friendly, and helpful. Strongly recommend!!!!!

HIGHLY recommend the butter chicken kathi roll!! The side of dirty fries are to die for. Such a quick and easy meal on the go, I consider myself thoroughly impressed. Portions are great and packaging is clean and easy for take out. Awesome service, the staff is super friendly and answer all questions! Thanks again and I can’t wait to come back to try more!

Food wise, I highly recommend! Very tasty and the portion is acceptable for price.
However, the service does need to be faster if this is a fast-food restaurant. It took about 30mins to make 3 sandwiches and 1 taco order.

It smelled so good that I started eating right away and forgot to take pictures. We have tried the chicken Tikka Kathi roll, the butter chicken Kathi roll and tandoori chicken burger. They were all great but that tandoori burger was out of this world good. Amazing flavors!!!

Great place for Indian fusion. Food never disappointments. Most of the food may be hot and spicy for few but that's what Indian food is about. Prices seem a bit steep for take out but once in a while, I don't mind
Will recommend.

Pros:
- If you’re looking for true fusion - a mix of east meets west, food we ordered tasted great (Grilled Tikka Chicken Burger and Butter Chicken Mac n Cheese)
- Lots of fun options to try that I may go back for
- Also tried the Holy Shakes Hazelnut Explosion super freak shake which was delicious

Cons:
- I found the store set up is really weird/not welcoming. They have photos of each item covering the glass counter (the kitchen is on the other side) so you can’t see anyone. There’s a bell that goes off every time the front door is opened so staff know when someone is in the store but it’s just weird. There’s a tiny window that you have to bend to to get anyone’s attention or ask/grab extra utensils or napkins. See photo.
- Long wait time for what is supposed to be fast food. We waited 20 minutes for our two items. Other people waited for shakes and take out.
- The burger tasted great but made for a messy meal - could be wrapped with paper to keep the chicken pieces from falling/slipping out the other end. See photo.

Verdict: I will give them another try. The staff working there seemed sweet and apologetic for the long wait times. I overheard one of the staff explain the store concept/how it came to be to another customer which was nice, as you can tell they’re passionate about what they’re doing. Minor improvements could make the experience far better.

Thoroughly impressed. Good customer service, great taste, balanced spice, at a reasonable price and portioned size. My only criticism is the roll could be a more favourable size for what you’re paying.

This place is simply amazing! Great food and great service. The whole experience was so impressive, will definitely come back again. I was searching for such restaurants with crazy yet tasty fusion plates. This place stands out as a must try in Burlingtons. We tried the cheesy noodles, butter chicken burrito, supreme fries, and the spicy tandoori crunch munch. They all tasted amazing. Thank you for this experience, you made up our movie night!
