Ordered on uber eats for the buy one get one deal on kathi roll today. To my surprise, there was chicken with bones in it. I ordered with extra cheese and egg for which there was an extra charge, but there was no egg and cheese at all. Kindly work on quality and the order placed by the customer on uber eats please. A total waste of $40 including taxes n all. I would never recommend this location to any one.

Found this nice little restaurant while wondering around. Never tried Kathi rolls before but had something similar years ago. Very tasty and enjoyed the rolls and masala fries. But takes a while to cook. Lots of parking in the mall.

Chilli momo was good but must tell them about your spice tolerance level. 🌶️ So they can make accordingly. Momo wasn’t sautéed evenly in the chili sauce.

I bought a paneer kathi roll this night which tasted worst . This was my first and last time here . There was so much masala i could hardly bear and my stomach feels so upset because of it. $17 for a kathi roll isn’t worth it and when it taste so pathetic , wasted one meal money on something not worth a penny.

This place is so good, that I've been there three times in under a month. Each time we go, we always order different fillings in our rolls; the Indian burritos; the Punjabi tacos they never fail!!! Each dish is seasoned with it's own spices and herbs which came out smelling savory and appetizing, unlike other places that use the same seasoning for all dishes. You have to check it out!!! Totally worth it!!!

I frequent this location often - both the food and shakes are amazing. You can't really go wrong, but I wouldn't suggest getting the burgers for your first time you need to try their kathi rolls. If you're feeling butter chicken, get the Butter chicken Mac and cheese or the butter chicken poutine. Can't go wrong.

I ordered food from TO Kathi Roll Eatery through Uber Eats, and the experience was beyond terrible. First, the driver canceled my order, and by the time a new driver was assigned, I called the restaurant to explain the situation. Instead of being helpful, these guys told me they couldn’t make a new order because they had turned off the griddle! What kind of unprofessional behavior is this? I was starving, and they couldn't care less! If you can’t handle customers, why even open a restaurant in the first place? Learn how to treat people who are PAYING YOU to serve them!

I ordered their Kathi Rolls Malai Chaaps ones from Uber eats. I used to eat their place almost once biweekly but I won’t eat again or order online from here. We visited the Gillingham location today and were welcomed with a big friendly smile by Manjot. She guided us in selecting our food and drinks. I had a kathi roll at this place which was really good. I was confused as to what to order at my first visit but Gagan who is the manager helped me out to try on the kathi roll which was commendable. At the second visit the kathi roll was a lil bit spicy but yeah it could be done well with the instructions provided to them. Overall a good place to try halal food. Ambience is also a good spot for a dine-in. Recommended place to visit!

I visited this place with my family and we ordered 2 smash box , one steamed chilli momos butter chicken roll and paneer roll.
After having the food, we all are having the stomach problem and got gastrointestinal infection and Diarrhea. each of us has to go washroom every half an hour due to stomach infection caused by their food.
I saw a pattern here that Indian restaurants are not following health standard rather they are making the food with lots of undigested ingredients.
I complained this to the restaurant next day that we are suffering due to this food which was undigisted but no response.

We didn't have a good experience.. Just placing order the owner asks for review right away. Kathi rolls and frankies we ordered were extra filled with purple cabbage more than chicken. The milkshakes were very sweet. Only fries and wings were good.. People come to order and eat chicken things not eat cabbage..

So far the best Kathi roll I had except the one which they serve back home as they are the best. They have lot of varieties in burgers and shakes as well. Personally I don’t like shakes as they are very sweet so haven’t tried here but looks like, they are best in what they are doing.

I got the soya chaap rice bowl and my partner got a beef burger combo. The soya chaap rice bowl was amazing; very flavourful and tasty. The burger combo was also tasty, but the portion seemed quite small for the price— he received like 8 fries for the side (perhaps this was just a mistake?). Although overall this was a great meal for both of us; authentic and delicious!

The food was hot and fresh. I didn't give the full five stars because the cost of add-ons like egg and cheese wasn't mentioned on the menu display, and the person taking the order didn't mention it either. With those extra bits, each roll works out to 18+ taxes... which is quite pricey.

I am adding picture of veggie burger. What they show on there menu and what they actually serve.
There should be veggie and all i had were onions and the burger was stale and dry.

Food: 4/5: Food is fresh and aromatic. Butter chicken bows were soft/good flavors
Lamb kebab roll was simple and tasty
Chicken Tandoori Burger: Burger was juicy but the cream and salad was too overpowering. Taking flavors away from Tandoori chicken.
Service: This is what was lacking the most. Staff is good and welcoming but for a slow afternoon, Only 2 of us in the joint. It took almost 20 minutes to serve this order. One is not prepared to spend this time at a Fast Food joint.
Atmosphere: Very clean/ Well kept/ Clean washrooms.
Overall good experience, I would go back to try more things but will stay mindful of time. By the way I forgot about fries, crispy and sauces made it something to remember.

Its a beautiful place to hang out. But i found the food to be very average. I ordered fish n fries and chicken kathi roll. There were only 3 thin strips of fish and either it wasnt cooked properly or it was the raw batter i tasted, could not understand, rest of the plate was full of fries. Also the kathi roll was okay. For the price i paid, the food wasnt taht amazing just average. The masala fries that came along kathi roll were good. The person who helped us at the counter was great.

If you're looking for some delicious fusion Indian street food, T.O. Kathi Roll Eatery is the place to go! We had the Butter Chicken Mac n Cheese and it was so good! The fish tacos and masala fries are also amazing. The service was also fast and friendly, which is always a plus!

We ordered mixed veg Bombay chilli Frankie and chicken Tikka kathi roll. We asked for it, but it wasn't as spicy as expected . Customer service was quick and courteous. Harsha was polite. Kinda expensive but it tasted good.

Food Is Delicious and maybe the best in the city. The owner is really nice but if he's not around then the girls working inside got an attitude like they serving you Diamonds on the platter. Watch out for those lazy servers. Three stars only for food and owner.

I visited this place with my family and we ordered a lot of things i love the fusion tacos and momos was up to the mark and at last the aloo tikki burger was just hmmm i love it. Must try. Will see you soon.

This was our first time trying this eatery’s food. We are big fans of Indian food so we were really excited to try the fusion version.
The food was good but we especially liked the tacos. Just beware - there is a lot of flavours in the food. Great if you love lots of flavour but can overwhelming for some people.
One thing is for sure they have a menu like no other.

We ordered dumplings and a slice of cake. The dumplings did not seem to be fresh or hot and the portion size seemed to be extremely small. The service was speedy and the staff was courteous. The music volume was a tad high, considering we were the only people there at that time.

Overrated. Food is disappointing. I just like the mango fried momos and fries. Flavourless food! If you planning to have fusion food, this is definitely not the place!

Indulge and spoil yourselves with some creamy milkshakes and rolls/burgers at this eatery! We were at another business in the area and thought of trying this place out. They have two shops in the same complex for take out and dine-in. We ordered chicken tikka wraps, paneer Tikka wrap and the butter chicken Mac and cheese.
The taste was good but we felt that the rolls were a little too oily and spicy for our liking. We really enjoyed the butter chicken Mac and cheese though. The milkshakes looked very tempting but we would go back for them some other time. We ordered and waited for about 15 mins to pick up the order. The staff was very helpful and cordial.
Overall, a good eatery for those looking for something similar (but not quite there) to kathi rolls you would find at Connaught Place, New Delhi. We are definitely going back exclusively for the milkshakes.

The quality of the food is good but my order took more than expected. I order chilli chicken roll and the taste is bit bland. It met my spice requirements but need some salt. The fries and the sauce on side are goes well with combo.
